Shared Graduate Housing

University housing for individual graduate students consists of shared living spaces located in select University houses. Units are not co-ed and are offered for an 11 month term (August 15 - July 15).

Graduate students

You’ll have a single-occupancy bedroom and share common areas, including a bathroom and a kitchen. All units are furnished.

You may also be eligible to live in shared graduate housing if you’re a non-traditionally aged student (age 25 or older).

Since graduate school applications can vary you may apply to be put on the waiting list at anytime. However, you must be:

  • Admitted to the University and registered for classes before you can reserve a space.
  • Registered for at least 9 undergraduate or 6 graduate credits each quarter of residency, excluding summer.
